**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilties**:
The Manager's primary responsibilities include planning, organising, leading, and managing the towing team to carry out a variety of service tasks, to ensure productivity and profitability. The manager must liaise with insurance companies, outside stakeholders and tow truck drivers. As well as support general ad-hoc administration duties, eg assisting with invoicing.
- Experience in an managing Automotive services OR Towing operations.
- Ability to build form strong relationships with customers
- Effective time management skills
- Proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop staff
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
