I'm excited to announce that Barrow & Bear Morayfield is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Head Barista/All Rounder

As the Head Barista/All Rounder, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to craft delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages, using your expertise to ensure that each cup is brewed to perfection. In addition to your barista duties, you will also be expected to assist with various other tasks around the cafe, such as serving customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To excel in this role, you should have a genuine passion for coffee and a strong attention to detail. Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required - we are more interested in finding someone who is eager to learn and grow with us. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
