Barber

The primary objective of a barber is to provide exe[tional grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction assent maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. This involves delivering high-quality haircuts, bears trims, and styling services tailored to individual preferences and trends. Additionally, the barber aims to build and retain a loyal clientele through personalised recommendations, excellent customer service, and professalism. Maximising revenue through product sales and client retention. Collaborating effectively with team members to uphold the salons reputation and foster a positive work culture is also crucial in achieving overall success in the barber position.

- perform haircuts, styles and beard grooming
- ensure client satisfaction though excellent customer service
- provide expert advice and recommendation to clients
- manage appointment schedules efficiently
- Has a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a barbershop
- Has an outgoing and fun personality
- Outstanding in all aspects of barbering
- is able to work under pressure and a fast paced environment
