Ferrycarrig Construction is seeking a highly motivated experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

Ferrycarrig Construction Pty Ltd is a leading constructor of utilities and civil infrastructure. We are a multi-disciplined contractor with the in-house resources and the capabilities to deliver all aspects of our projects.

We own and operate a large fleet of plant and equipment and employ a large, diverse workforce that has extensive experience delivering large and complex utilities and civil infrastructure projects.

Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney's largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets.

Essential Requirements:

- Qualification including 2 years’ work experience

Duties of the Position:

- Examining, verifying, evaluating and reporting on financial, operational and managerial processes, systems and outcomes
- Update and monitor plant and machinery financial spreadsheets
- Assess company risks and efficiency of risk management systems
- Examine company contracts, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws awards.
- Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve
- Collaborate with project teams, finance, and management to address audit findings
- Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
