Times flexible across the day (before 930am and after 2pm is OK)** **Noosa and Sunshine Beach surroundings.** **< >** We are looking for an Experienced Holiday home/ Resort cleaner to join our team.We are based around the Sunshine Beach/Noosa area with year round. As much or as little as you want. You can work either under an ABN (where you may your own tax etc) or as a casual employee (where we deduct tax and super and pay these for you). Some weekend work and school holidays will be required, we do try to spread this around all the time, so weekend work is only occasional. Mostly you will be working on your own You will be paid fortnightly, paid per property ($75-$160 per property cleaned). PLUS: 50% loading for Saturdays and 100% loading for Sundays and Public Holiday work (i.e., a Sunday clean for a property paying normally $80 would be $160 on a Sunday) ~You Must have at least 1 year experience cleaning holiday homes or resorts. ~You Must live on the northern end of the Coast. ~You Must have a reliable vehicle to get from job to job. ~You Must have your own equipment, We do supply the chemicals. ~You Must have a smart phone as we use a live, web based system that gives you access to your weekly roster.
