**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Analytics Lead to join a high performing team and take ownership of data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies, utilizing machine learning techniques, and leading a team of data analysts.

Your efforts will be crucial in extracting valuable insights from vast datasets, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing competitive advantage in the automotive sector.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business challenges, such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and customer behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data collection, storage, and quality processes are optimized.
- Drive continuous improvement in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders, including executives and non-technical teams, to influence data-driven decision-making at all levels.

**Salary Range**: $160-200K+Super
