The GAMURS Group runs more than 10 successful digital publications that reach millions of readers worldwide every day. As a Product Manager at GAMURS, you will help decide the direction and future of our products and oversee the process to achieve product and business goals.
**Responsibilities**
- You will work with the business to define KPIs and employ the relevant methodology to achieve objectives
- You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Design and Editorial to make product decisions, generate ideas and define a compelling vision that drives the team
- You will work collaboratively with the business to find new ways to innovate on products and solve problems
- You will have a strong understanding of our readers, their needs and struggles
- You will use the data users generate to inform your product strategy and direction, as well as technology and industry trends
- You will evaluate both business objectives and user needs and will drive solutions that will benefit both
- You drive rapid experimentation and prototyping to validate and prioritise product ideas and inform long-term strategies
- You will evaluate the success of an experiment, prototype or product release and determine its future decisions and iterations based on the data you've gathered
**Requirements**:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- You will have experience in managing projects end-to-end
- You will have a keen eye for data and understand how to use or collect it to extract information and inform decisions
- You will have experience with WordPress or other CMS technology
- You will have experience in advocating for users and balancing business and user needs
- You will have a strong understanding of the product iteration lifecycle and associated methodologies
- You are driven by outcomes, not outputs
- You have experience in digital media
- You are passionate about gaming, entertainment and/or esports
