**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to general inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and service teams as required.
- Ensure the front desk and office areas are well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in handling basic correspondence, forms, and internal communications.
- Support daily office operations and coordinate with other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Reside within a 30-minute commute to Prestons.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
