In this role you will support our clients with tasks like general housekeeping, making beds, laundry and food preparation. With support from your team, you will have autonomy and flexibility to work in the community and build meaningful relationships with clients. Full, part time and casual positions are available across Metro Melbourne, Grampians, Moorabool, Golden Plains, Geelong, Ballarat and surrounding areas. We’ll work with you to arrange hours that fits your lifestyle and commitments, like studies or childcare. We’re here to support you to thrive with Silverchain. You will receive ongoing support to progress your care career across our diverse workforce.

**About you**

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. For this role you’ll need:

- Experience in aged, community or disability care preferred but not essential: we encourage eager applicants with customer service experience such as hospitality or retail sectors to apply
- Access to a registered vehicle, suitable for work purposes
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Physically able to fulfil the role
