As a Bartender with us, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, flair, and passion for mixology while working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages with precision and efficiency.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking inventory, cleaning glassware, and ensuring adherence to sanitation guidelines.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our drink menu, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold our commitment to responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and intervening as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
