We are seeking support workers who are passionate about supporting clients in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals through responsive and innovative care. **About the role**:
We’re looking for individuals with the ability to work autonomously, confidently read and follow care plans, and a willingness to assist with personal care when required. A current **Driver’s Licence and comprehensive car insurance** are essential due to community support shifts being included.

**Shifts**:

- The following shifts will be completed _**_fortnightly_**_:_
- Wednesday 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Thursday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
- Friday 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Sunday 5:00pm - 8:00pm

**Your Certificates and Licenses**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
