Futari Wagyu is looking for a part time butcher/boner to run our in house processing for retail customers. It will require knowledge of how to break down smaller beef cuts. Knowledge of carcass breakdown is also highly valued.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven work experience
- Experience and understand of traditional and social media marketing stragtegies and implementation
- Experience in the food industry is desirable.
- Experience as a chef or butcher is desirable.
- Experience of processing sales orders and managing customer queries.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with strict delivery deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- A self-starter as well as a strong team player.
- Car licence would be desirable.
- Possess excellent communication skills and customer relations.
- You are able to draw on past experience and equipped with the skills to ‘read the play’ and be forward thinking.
- Ability to work independently and to problem solve.
- Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in working with beef and various grades and cuts.
- You demonstrate initiative, reliability and are flexible in your approach.
- Must be physically fit and healthy due to the nature of the role.
The position is both office based at our new O’Connor cold store facility but will include deliveries and customer meetings.
The office is onsite along with cold stores, and therefore requires the right person to maintain a good internal relationship with production and cold storage.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 20 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Butchery: 1 year (preferred)
