**What you’ll be doing**

As an Instructional Designer working for Kmart you will:

- Use contemporary instructional design methodologies to develop high quality learning solutions and resources, that improve performance and build leadership and technical capability across Kmart.
- Develop learning solutions that are in line with established and emerging best practices, address business requirements and are suitable for multi-channel delivery e.g. digital content, face-to-face or virtual workshops, on-the-job activities.
- Bring the learning content to life through the design and development of engaging and creative learning experiences to complement a contemporary learning delivery approach.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and end users from all areas of the business, locally and internationally, to design and develop targeted, effective learning solutions that meet the end user’s needs.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- A minimum of three years end to end Instructional Design experience, including analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance
- Experience building both technical and leadership learning experiences is an advantage
- Excellent written and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Digital learning development and program management capability, including eLearn’s, animations, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS. new tech (VR, AR) advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing projects end to end and key stakeholder management
- The capability to be a creative forward thinker who keeps the end user at the forefront when designing learning solutions
- The ability to work on multiple complex projects, in fast-paced environment
