**About the Role**:
3M are currently recruiting for an experienced Resolutions Representative to join their Customer Resolutions Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a problem solving individual. Must have similar experience within an FMCG organization or Logistics.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Investigating and completing processing of customer Credit Claims
- Investigating deeper in customer issues and complaints using SFDC and legacy system
- Maintaining ownership of the enquiry until resolved
- Organising Returned Goods and Liaising with internal & external Logistics personnel
- Sourcing Proof of Delivery's and Pick Ups
- Investigating and completing processing of warranty & QC claims
- Supporting the Cash & Collections team, and providing back up for the Accounts Receivable / Collections personnel
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening and writing)
- 1 -2 years' experience in similar Customer Complaints Role
- Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Experience in within FMCG/Credit Claims processing is needed
- Sound investigative skills, with great attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Systems: Sales Force. Freight forwarder / carrier portals

This is a 12 months contract position with a possibility for extension.
