We are seeking a highly motivated individual as a Junior Early Education Administrator, supporting our Centres along with our Families located at the Support Office. This a great opportunity for someone from an Early Education background, interested in a non-contact journey within the sector. You will be wanting to immerse yourself in continuous learning and come along for the Journey within The Family Care Team. The Junior Early Education Administrator Role will see you working closely with the Senior System Administrator in daily duties, joint and autonomously. This is a junior entry role, and full training will be provided, along with a Mentor.

**Daily Duties performed include but no limited to**:
General administration duties
System Support (QikKids, Salesforce, PRODA, Qgrants, KIMS)
Kindergarten Funding Support
Application of Inclusion Support (ISS) Nationally
Application of ACCS Nationally
Creating Reports
Running Reports
Data Entry and Data Analysis
Troubleshooting Accounts
Troubleshooting CCS
Manage schedules and deadlines

**You will be**:

- Systems/process minded and willing to be the go-to on all things CRM
- Tech Savvy
- Highly organised to ensure efficient and effective support to our Centres
- Work with flexibility in a busy and developing environment
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- A critical thinker and problem solver
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks on the go and complete work accurately and on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Reliable with a great work ethic
- Available between the hours of 8am-5pm

**Desirable Criteria**:
Experience in a similar role and/or Early Education Sector
Knowledge CCS and PRODA
Experience in Government Portals
Experience in Qikkids
Experience in Salesforce
- PRODA number
- 6-month Valid Police Check

Hold a valid Employee Working with children check

**NOTE**: You will be required to have a PRODA number and a valid police check if successful in this role.
