We are searching for a highly experienced SAP professional to fill our vacancy of **P2P Analyst** in our Darra office. This role will provide P2P business process direction and support to our diverse portfolio of businesses nationally. Providing business support through incident management, change improvements and IT projects delivery this diverse role will reward those seeking to broaden their knowledge & skills across the P2P functional areas.
**About the role**:
In this role you will:

- Project manage all IT related business system changes throughout the project lifecycle. This includes the implementation, on time delivery and to agreed project deliverables with compliance to all relevant legislation, supplier agreements and company policies and to the satisfaction of internal/external customers
- Deliver Business Process and Application continuous improvements which are implemented to the satisfaction of the business
- Value to the Business of identified improvements measured through degree of standardization on best practice across the businesses and value of cost savings to the business as a result of system improvements
- Application configuration and development completed within budget and timeframe. Maintain change control procedures to ensure a stable and reliable Pit to Pay (P2P) system environment
- Proactively analyse business processes, recommend and implement improvements supporting Cement Australia business users
- Use your problem solving skills to develop solutions for complex business scenarios and support requests
- Maintain all relevant documentation including; business cases, functional and technical design documents as well as end-user training material ensuring the information is current / accurate

**About you**:
To be considered for this role, you will have a sound background in SAP ERP with (ideally) MM, AP, IM & PP and be able to demonstrate:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or equivalent
- Several years’ experience of direct involvement in relevant Process Area discipline
- Proven success in a SAP configuration “Procure to Pay” within a heavy industrial, logistics, manufacturing or mining environment
- Demonstrated well developed problem solving skills
- Extensive experience with SAP modules such as; Production Planning (PP), Purchasing (Pur), Inventory Management (IM), and Accounts payable (AP)
- Project Management experience (highly desirable)
- Highly developed communication skills across various levels within an organization and with external parties e.g. vendors
- Recognized and applauded team player - must work well in multi-function team
- Experience and passion for delivering system/process improvements to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
