Seniors Community Care is a community care organisation, located in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, which provides home based support to elderly, ill or disabled persons so they can remain living independently. Seniors Community Care has a reputation for excellence in the provision of quality community care services for over 20 years within the Southern, Eastern Melbourne Metropolitan areas and Mornington Peninsula.

**About the Role**

Seniors Community Care has an exciting opening for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our team with Manor Meals - home delivered meals program. Manor Meals is located in Somerville, where the team prepares healthy and nutritious meals that are delivered to persons who wish to remain living in their own home.
- This role is part-time 20.5hr a week, with the following normal hours:_
- Monday 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Tuesday 5.30am - 11.30am
- Wednesday 8.30am - 2.30pm

**About You**
- Ability to undertake basic food preparations and cooking tasks,
- Proven safe food handling procedures,
- Ability to undertake cleaning procedures,
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team,
- Capacity to identify and report basic occupational health and safety issues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20.5 per week

**Salary**: From $24.08 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Police Record Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Victorian Driver Licence (preferred)
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- Current COVID 19 Vaccination (preferred)
