Cabinet Assembler, Draftsman and Foreman

**Below are the hires we are currently looking for**:

- Cabinet assemblers
- Draftsman with cabinet vision experience
- Workshop foreman

**Workshop foreman**:

- This role is 50% productive role and 50% supervising, in other words, the foreman is hands-on 50% of the time.
- Looking for someone with good cabinet-making knowledge that shows leadership and a steady head.

**Cabinet Assemblers**:
(Trade qualified - desirable but not essential)
- Motivated and eager to work
- Possess a professional and reliable attitude to your work
- Punctual, trustworthy and reliable
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Have a friendly and positive disposition
- Work as part of a team, with or without supervision

**Draftsman**:

- Produce production-ready drawings
- Liaise closely with clients to reach their ideal outcomes
- Retain a solid knowledgebase of the production & manufacturing of joinery
- Regular maintenance of Cabinet Vision software
- Ensure the timely completion of all allocated projects
