- Strong commitment to safety

- Licence and own transportation
- Trade certificate or relevant qualification
- OHS Construction card
- Working at Heights training
- The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals.
- Thorough understanding of drawings and project scope of works.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Be willing to travel to remote work sites for project duration.
