We are a high-volume food production company specializing in providing food for childcare and school services. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused General Hand/Food Packer Team Leader to join our team in Brookvale, located on the Northern Beaches. Reporting to the Pack Room Manager, this role involves leading and managing the daily workflow in the cool room section of our Pack room.

- Fixed Roster:

- Mondays: 5 AM starts
- Tuesdays to Thursdays: 5:30 AM starts
- Fridays: 5 AM starts
- Job Status: Permanent - 5 shifts a week | $31.2651 per hour

**Duties Include**
- Setting up the line / cool room
- General warehouse duties: packing, labeling, and dispatching
- RF scanning
- Manual handling
- Ensuring all products are handled and packed carefully to maintain quality
- Complying with all relevant food and weights & measures standards
- Performing basic visual quality inspections on products

**About You**
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a cold rooM/Freezer section
- Reliable transportation (ideally local to the site)
- Availability for 5 days a week
- Experience managing a small team
- Proven work history - 2 references required
- Must be able to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg)
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks or standing for extended periods
- Punctuality, reliability, and honesty are essential
