About the Role

**Food & Beverage All-Rounders Benowa Tavern | We’re Getting a Glow Up**

Big things are happening at Benowa Tavern, we’re getting a refurb and gearing up to relaunch with a fresh new look and feel We’re looking for energetic Food & Beverage All-Rounders to join our vibrant team and help create amazing experiences in our exciting new space.

If you’ve got experience in bar, floor, or bistro service, love the buzz of a busy venue, and can deliver great customer service with a smile, we’d love to hear from you. A current RSA is a must, and an RSG is a bonus.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, a supportive team, real opportunities to grow, and a refreshed venue that’s ready to make its mark on the Gold Coast pub scene.

**A day in the life of a F&B Attendant**:

- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
- You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
- You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
- Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
