**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance store performance and visibility

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management (required), especially experience in sushi restaurants is preferred
- Priority to applicant with experience managing multiple sushi restaurants at the same time or participating in store location work is preferred (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, Mandarin and English are both required to this position
- Flexibility in working hours

**Salary**
- $35/hr+bonus, based on experience and capability

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
