A leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Administration Trainee to join their esteemed Electrical & Communications team in Silverwater.

You will get to work Monday to Friday in the Silverwater office with the Electrical & Communications administration team where you will learn all aspects of customer service and support their team of Project Managers and Electricians.

**What they offer**:
They will support your growth by facilitating the completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration through TAFE.

The Trainee in-office work schedule will span Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with allocated time during business hours to focus on your TAFE studies.

**What you’ll be learning to do**:

- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Maintain customer service documentation.
- Follow up on any outstanding work documents and invoices.
- Assist to allocate work and schedule technicians.
- Work within customer portals to manage workflow.
- General administration duties such as:

- Invoicing (start to finish).
- Processing purchase orders.
- Ordering and management of inventory collection.
- Data entry and ad hoc duties.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.

- Own car and licence is preferred, due to limited public transport
