Ensure consistent production of high-quality beers and ales
- Administer brewing and distillation logs, manage excise returns, procure ingredients, develop recipes, and maintain stock levels.
- Stay abreast of occupational health and safety regulations pertinent to brewery/distillery operations.
- Perform daily equipment servicing and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise the safe transportation and installation of equipment on-site.
- Conduct initial brew tests and oversee commissioning processes.
- Engage in sales activities, including direct client interaction to foster new business opportunities.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
