
Coach (Pedagogy) - Primary - Literacy and Numeracy

This position will lead and coordinate the school's literacy improvement agenda, working closely with the leadership team, teaching and non-teaching staff as well as the school community. The coach will support all stakeholders to improve student outcomes, through professional development, modelling quality teaching and learning practices along with targeted coaching and intervention programs, across all year levels.
- Working with a supportive and collaborative leadership team. Engaging in a school community that values inclusivity and a positive school culture. Bringing to the school community their talents and skills. Collaborating with staff and the leadership team, building evidence-based communities of practice.
Harris Fields State School is located in Logan City and is part of the South East Region. Harris Fields has a high proportion of students with English as a second language, drawn from a Pacific Island and Torres Strait Islander community. Approximately eighteen percent of our students are First Nations.
