- Assistant Site Managers
- Site Managers
- Project Managers (Senior Site Manager - Client Liaison)

These customer-focused leadership roles are caring for a team of food professionals and facilities staff. Your commitment to safety and respect for our environment is essential to succeed in these key roles.

**Key Duties**
- Manage & lead the running of all aspects of the sites
- Experience managing budgets and demonstrated understanding of food costing, waste management and food/ site safety knowledge
- Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
- Follow company health, safety, and security procedures always
- Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and facility staff
- Manage the expectations of both clients and residents

**Our Future Colleague**:

- Previous experience managing within a FIFO/DIDO village/site
- Knowledge of both culinary and cleaning services (desired)
- Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
- Drive a positive team culture
- Experience with financial reporting and be commercial and contract focused
- Demonstrated background of delivering profitable business results
- Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills whilst thinking on your feet
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved
- Sound Knowledge of HACCP
- Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
