To all of you who collect trinkets, bits and bobs from all over the place, so that your children can enjoy incredible learning. To all of you who spend way too much time and post way too often on the NQF/EYLF page. To all of you who are too passionate, too committed, or care too much. To all of you who see early education as a profession; not just a job. To all of you who stay back that extra fifteen minutes to make sure that tomorrow will be as incredible as today was. To all of you who take learning stories, curriculum plans and development summaries homebecause it’s a child’s right to receive an extraordinary education. To all of you who listen and learn from children, and are often left in awe by a child’s view of the world.

Being Early Education is an organisation committed to a powerful future for every child. We are looking for extraordinary Educators to join our team.

To be successful, you will have the appropriate qualifications and:

- You see children as powerful, limitless and capable of anything;
- You are an expert in child development, and enjoy engaging in rigorous debate to develop best practice for your service;
- You are an expert on the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and associated best practice;
- You move and inspire others through your communication;
- You spend time setting the context for others, rather than seeking to control them, so that you can then empower them develop extraordinary practice;
- You work well without direction and thrive and are worthy of freedom;
- You take responsibility for your ways of being and acting, and regularly engage in authentic reflection and improvement; and
- You have a history of pushing the boundaries of what is possible for early education.
