Our client are one of Melbourne's most respected and trusted home builders, creating a brand and product which is viewed as a leader in the high-end residential build space.

Your new role
Through continued growth they are seeking a talented AutoCAD proficient Residential Draftsperson. The job will include working closely with designers and producing full set of working drawings which comply with local building standards and rescodes. As the most senior person in the drafting team, additional responsibilities around workflow, checking, mentoring etc will also be required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will have a Diploma of Building Design at minimum. You will also ideally have a minimum of 3-4 years local drafting experience, strong exposure to custom build projects and construction knowledge that will allow you to work through challenging projects. AutoCAD is essential as is strong working knowledge of BCA and Rescode. An ability to work in a tight-knit high performing team in a collaborative manner is a must
