We are actively looking for a Licensed **Qualified Technician - Plumber to join our Engineering Services team**. Your role involves ensuring smooth delivery of maintenance and engineering services. **Responsibilities include undertaking various maintenance activities**:

- Providing supervision support to maintenance personnel when needed
- Ensuring assigned tasks meet defined service levels and are completed accurately
- Monitoring and responding to fault calls promptly, ensuring repairs are done within specified timeframes.
- Collaborating with on-site major works contractors.
- Taking charge of workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety regulations for the well-being of staff and visitors
- Participate in the on-call roster.

**Your qualifications and background**

To excel in this position, you should possess relevant experience, ideally within a healthcare setting and a dedication to upholding Ramsay way values. **Effective communication and leadership skills** along with your ability **to inspire and support your team, are crucial**.
- Trade qualification in Plumbing
- Expertise in Commercial health care plumbing services
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience, preferably within healthcare
- Familiarity with key Australian Standards, associated maintenance knowledge and their impact on hospital operational performance
- Proven ability to work without supervision and take proactive initiatives
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

**Remuneration**: The base hourly rate range from $45.32 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
