El Jannah holds its roots in humble beginnings, with the dream to bring simple, soulful Lebanese-Australian food into the hands (and mouths) of hungry customers seeking a delicious feast. In 1998, we opened our first store in Granville, Sydney. 25 years on, our flavorsome menu has been tried, tested and perfected, and now, we are ready to grow in VIC.

Opportunities are available to join our awesome Front of House and Back of House team. We are looking for a combination of enthusiastic, passionate individuals, hungry to deliver exceptional services, because who doesn’t love a good combo. **Key EJ Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the charcoal cooking process to ensure food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Manage a team of grill cooks, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain and monitor Charcoal equipment, ensuring it is cleaned, operated, and maintained correctly.
- Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Oversee inventory and supply ordering for charcoal and grilling-related items.
- Address any issues or concerns related to the Charcoal Section, team performance, and equipment.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices in all aspects of grilling operations.
- Participate in staff scheduling, training, and development of the grilling team.

**Ideal skills and experience**
- Previous experience in the fast food industry, but not essential. Just bring a keen attitude
- Working to a high level of energy and efficiency, we love a good vibe
- Keen interest to learn on the go, even adapt any new skill set
- Kindness is key, be courteous and customer focused
- Work at a fast pace, our legendary charcoal chicken will always be delivered hot
- Work as part of a team, become a part of our family
