**Personal Care Worker - Residential Aged Care - Plumpton Villa VIC**

**About us**

CraigCare is a long established, leading member in the aged care provider community in both Western Australia and Victoria. We are committed to creating a fulfilling work environment based on a combined effort of support and dedication towards providing quality services for our residents. We currently have multiple opportunities for personable Personal Care Workers to join us at our Plumpton Villa

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining their independence
- Assist and enable residents to complete activities according to their individual care plans
- Contribute to hotel services by checking residents' daily menu requirements, attend to meal preparation and delivery

**What You’ll Bring**
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Certificate III in Aged Care is preferred (or currently working towards)
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Commitment to providing excellent residential care and services
- Commitment to at least 3 shifts per week
- Flexibility to work across and pick-up varied shifts across a weekday and weekend roster (AM and PM)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to provide up to date Vaccination (Covid and Flu)
