**About the role**:
As part of our Group Customer Solutions team, this key role will influence and operate across a number of business functions to access, collate and understand customer data, actively seeking and developing the right relationships to develop and share data and insights.
This role is tasked with delivering insights through data analysis and visualisation using a range of business intelligence tools and techniques to help empower the organisation to better understand existing data and make data driven decisions.
This is a maximum term contract, starting in November/December 2024 until February 2026.
**Key focus areas of the role are**:

- Design and development of reports and interactive dashboards covering all functional areas of the business with a focus on customer and marketing.
- Supporting the division in improving operational performance through effective analysis.
- Promoting data literacy across operational teams and assisting in the delivery of projects and initiatives.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a data or analytical discipline.
- Successful track record in data reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience in customer analytics would be beneficial, including understanding of key marketing metrics and key data points along the marketing funnel.
- Ability to analyse and interpret business needs.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, Qlik or Power BI.
- Intermediate data modelling skills including writing of SQL queries and ETL processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
