**The role**
- The Principal Planner role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing growth and success of Inception Planning. You will leverage your significant town planning experience, project management skills, and excellent customer service to lead the delivery of town planning processes for key clients. From developing planning submissions to writing reports and liaising with local councils, you will advocate on behalf of Inception Planning and its clients to deliver exceptional results. _

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- _Qualification in Town Planning with significant (5+ years) relevant practical experience_
- _Demonstrated understanding of relevant town planning legislation_

- _Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on quality_
