**About the role**:
As a Business Analyst in our Product Team your key responsibility will be to support the product strategy and delivery through the gathering of requirements, creation of user stories and business processes for various transactions acquiring and payments services initiatives.
You’ll also:
- Facilitate, deliver and define requirements, process improvements, and customer journeys to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and projects
- Work in and support agile crews for successful delivery of payments initiatives
- Work closely with and support Fintec teams in reviewing and tracking deliverables
- Support the development of roadmaps and migration plans to move to common processes and systems.
- Design and implement change management activities to support implementations.
- Be a primary communicator and link between stakeholders and team
**About you and your skills**:
You’ll be an experience Business Analyst with a high degree of expertise in analysing complex problems.
You’ll also need:
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience of transaction acquiring and payment services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in managing a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment
