**Core Tasks and Duties Across Levels**:
- Embody the company culture and mission
- To ensure all positions are always filled
- Understand the strategic hiring goals of the business
- Build employer brand, turn job seekers into applicants
- To successfully on-board all new team members
- To successfully off-board all exiting team members
- To assist in developing position descriptions for new roles and recruit for these positions
- Contribute to company systems and employee experience measures to improve employee retention and initial employee engagement
- Organized and championed the careers page, recruitment events, and social media recruitment section
- Proactive: an ongoing effort to promote the company, even if there are no current open roles
- Participate in building customized position descriptions to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the company
- Update recruitment trackers
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Full knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any 4-year business-related courses.
- 3-4+ Years prior experience working in the health-industry ideal
- With good work ethics, strong communication skills and trustworthy.
- Knowledgeable in Applicant Tracking System
- Has prior knowledge of Labor Code
