My Flex Health are one of the leading Western Australia owned and operated healthcare companies with over 20 years of experience. We provide a diverse range of staff to Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and to clients within their own home.

**We are looking for flexible and compassionate Home Care Support Workers to provide quality of life services, as well as assisting Registered Nurses with developing and administering activities for residents in Aged Care Facilities and in the Community.**
- **What is involved in this role?**_

You will be providing exceptional, person-centred care to enhance the lives of our elderly clients in the comfort of their home and in Aged Care Facilities in accordance with their care / support plan. Responsibilities include personal care, transport and social assistance for clients to engage in community activities, including cleaning and cooking in accordance to the relevant duty lists, policies, procedures and client preferences.

**Location**:_**Areas of support needed for clients include;**_
- Rockingham
- Mandurah

**Casual day and** **evening shifts available Monday - Sunday.**
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Ageing (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A Valid Driver’s licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current National police clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check (if also working in Disability)
- NDIS Orientation (preferred)
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred / essential if working in disability)
- Criminal Clearance Record Screen (or willing to obtain)
- Current Manual Handling (in-house training provided)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Medication Administration
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
