**Remuneration**: Attractive Salary + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Discounts and Allowance

**Your part in our YMCA Team**
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree with Current Queensland Teacher Registration
- First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience as a Secondary Teacher
- Create and deliver lessons in accordance with the guidelines and parameters provided by the Head of Curriculum’s _Wellbeing Framework_
- Produce and distribute student academic and wellbeing reports prior to the conclusion
- Respond to the needs of students, their parent(s) and/or carer(s) and wider community to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards
- Ensuring the program is consistency with the relevant syllabi, curriculum policies and vocational objectives.
- To communicate effectively with students, including the use of appropriate interpersonal skills
