As an Eden Gardens and Gro Urban Oasis delivery driver, your main objective is to provide excellent customer service through the delivery of orders to our customers and Sydney stores. You will need to have a strong adherence to assigned routes and time schedules and you need to be passionate about satisfying clients though the safe delivery of customer products. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly and safely delivered to the correct client. To succeed in this role, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment of providing our clients with an excellent experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or stores in a safe, timely manner,
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied,
- Inspecting items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly,
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles,
- Assisting with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory within the company locations,
- Organising and maintaining customer Delivery Schedule accurate,
- Reporting to direct managers and offer support to other areas of the business when no customer delivery is scheduled,
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and calling customers ahead of the delivery
- Ensuring that internal delivery processes are adhered to,
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record,
- Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Cleaning and help maintaining the company vehicles in good condition,
- Following company safety guidelines and comply with safety equipment requirements,
- Under supervision, any other duties not listed in the above job description but are within your capabilities.

**Skills / Qualifications required**:

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Prior experience delivering customer products
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, and carry heavy items safely
- Solid sense of urgency and attention to details
- Good organisational skills and ability to plan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
