We are seeking Food & Beverage Runners with fine-dining experience to join our team at a’Mare, where passion for Italian cuisine meets exceptional service.

**General Requirements**:
Current working visa or Australian residency

Strong English communication skills

High personal grooming standards

Knowledge of Italian language (desired but not essential)

Fine-dining experience, preferably with Italian cuisine knowledge

Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work as a team player

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Willingness to undergo a police check

**Essential Requirements**:
Minimum two years’ experience in fine-dining restaurants

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Professional, polite, and mature demeanor

A warm and engaging smile

Strong wine and food knowledge

Proven customer service skills

Current NSW RSA Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
