We are looking for a contract First Aid Trainer and Assessor to join our team at F.A.S.T. Training Australia (previously known as F.A.S.T. First Aid Training) based in Ipswich Queensland.

**We are specifically looking for Trainers based in Ipswich / West Brisbane that have availability during business hours.**

We have had incredible growth in 2024 and look forward to expanding and continuing our growth trajectory in 2025, we now offer 38+ courses and programs. We are look for committed Trainers, who prefer a fun and relaxed style of training and want to be part of a growing business.

But...... We are not your average First Aid Training Company We also deliver a range of Mental Health and Well-being Programs. There are opportunities for our Trainers to deliver these programs to corporate, parent groups and teens. This is not mandatory but optional for interested Trainers.

**Key requirements**:

- A Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent. (mandatory)
- Previous training experience preferred - but attitude and motivation is everything in this position.
- ABN
- Drivers license and car
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in availability (we specifically need daytime availability)

**Location, hours, additional work**:

- Delivery of training is primarily in Ipswich and Brisbane.
- Day time / school hours availability 2-3 days per week minimum.
- Please note there this position is not set days and hours cannot be guaranteed.
- If the successful applicant possesses qualifications beyond the courses we currently offer, we may be able to expand our course range to include these courses, providing you with additional work and hours.
- Allocation of courses is based on business requirements and trainer availability.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 12 per week
