CVT (Global) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Analyst Programmer to join our team in our Lane Cove West office. This full-time role will see you using your strong analytical and technical skills to support the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions for our clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Deep practical knowledge on solution portfolio
- Gather and analyse business requirements to translate them into solution design
- Design, develop, test and implement software integrations and systems
- Continuously look for ways to optimise existing systems and processes
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for live systems
- Document solutions and implementations for knowledge sharing

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer or similar technical role
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python or SQL
- Experience with software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Determination to work hard in your long-term career
- Learning mentality and desire to improve capability
- Good character with a record of pride is a big plus
