Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage bookings - Schedule patient appointments, follow up on cancellations, and coordinate treatment sessions.
- Medical letter writing - Draft and send medical letters, including referral letters, progress reports, and patient correspondence.
- Perform data entry - Accurately enter patient details and medical records into the clinic’s system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries about treatments, appointments, and clinic services.
- Handle patient payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries.
- Maintain and organize patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the clinical team.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Multicultural Adaptability - Comfortable working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding their unique needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical software, data entry, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting medical letters.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service focus.
