Our specially designed Corinda centre operates from 7am to 6pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 74 children.

You’re an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You’re highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families. Your leadership style will motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.

**You will possess**:

- **A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- Experience to lead an awesome team
