Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '**Project Coordinator**'

**Key Criteria**:

- Performs general administrative support under direction including preparing documents, maintaining records, responding to queries,exploring matters, meeting secretariat, sourcing solutions, organising team activities, as well as supporting the Director with Diary management, and team administration including organising team meetings. As the first point of contact for the work area, and key support to the Director, this role requires strong administrative and organisational skills in order to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on an ongoing basis.
- Performs day to day tasks associated with the provision of project administration support for one or more projects with the work unit.Provides administrative support for the implementation of programs and projects to support the work area's initiatives. This includes assisting with the coordination of projects, setting up databases, sourcing information, corresponding with project stakeholders, and

producing a variety of reports.
