**This is a 12 month, fixed term contract opportunity
**This is a lead producer role within the Xero global Media team.** We call it “The Hub” because it is the hub of our global marketing activities. Video plays a key role in Xero’s marketing strategy, engaging with small businesses and their advisors all over the world. Your position will play an important role in our company's success: crafting and producing engaging, authentic content for our global audience.

You will primarily be focused on digital based projects for our Global Media team and will take ownership of production, work closely with internal partners to create compelling briefs and then plan, execute and deliver leading digital campaigns that promote Xero products, services, the company and the brand

**You will be primarily responsible for day to day production** as well as championing a really positive and quality first environment. You will also lead new producer and production manager onboarding and training across the team. Not only will you be analytical and a “big picture” thinker, but you will be a champion of team culture and support a #challenge mindset acting as a mentor and sounding board for your colleagues.

This is a diverse role and you’ll need to exhibit leadership, project management proficiency, administration competence, excellent communication skills and top notch understanding of media production (a good sense of humor and love of team trivia nights is an added plus).

**In order to be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Experience in a media production
- The ability to work closely and influence stakeholders
- Experience delegating to and managing a wider team of production people
- Proven project management experience
- A demonstrated understanding of the video and motion graphics production process
