A great career opportunity for an enthusiastic worker to join Huon ‘s Marine Operations as part of the Bath Crew Perfect for those who love working on the water.

**The role**

Reporting to the Assistant Well Boat Manager, you will contribute to the efficient operations of the Well Boat including:

- The day-to-day husbandry of salmon and bathing operations.
- Harvest and Smolt transfer operations.
- General pen maintenance.
- Assisting with work within Central Support across our zones as required.

You will be working fulltime on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster.

**About you**
- You love the water and ideally have experience within aquaculture.
- You have effective time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- You have experience working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive focus on continually looking to improve processes
