We always hear from our teachers expressing that they feel bonded, supported and appreciated. Our management team focuses on positives, makes responsibilities clear, involves our educators for decisions, participates in high-quality group professional development to learn and grow together. Our management team provides various opportunities for our educators to improve practices at the workplace.

The founder of Crown Kiddo Education offers free internal PD training to our educators regularly who have early childhood education background at Columbia University and Harvard University in the U.S. and also currently doing Ph.D. in teachers’ education of Early Childhood Education as well as carrying a role as a senior lecturer and course coordinator of 4 years degree in the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

Crown Kiddo Education uses an integrated educational approach: Human Intelligence and quotients; drama and music; Montessori Approach; STEM; Language and Literacy that allows for individualized teaching and for children to learn and be challenged at their own pace as they develop. In order to cater for each child’ diversity, Individualized plans will be programmed, planned and implemented. **Our goal** is to partner with families and local communities to guide each child’s unique development journey. The goal of our educational program is to provide children with the knowledge and skills to thrive in their educational career as lifelong learners, encouraging them with a strong focus on critical thinking, resilience, confidence, independence, language skills, interpersonal communication, mathematics, and practical life skills. We do this by tailoring our educational programs to suit the development needs and interests of each child. We aim to ignite a love of learning in our children. Ultimately, we want to prepare our kids, not only for society, but also for life. We aim to help children to achieve their full potential. Therefore, we commit ourselves as professional educators to open to learn for delivering best excellence in all aspects of educational experiences for our children.

We are searching for:

You will be working closely with our educational leader who has more than 20 years working experiences especially in creative arts and music of early childhood education. You will also get the chance to be raised up as the Pre-K and Kindergarten Leader when you are ready to lead the room by yourself
