Partnering with Sydney Water, John Holland, Service Stream Utilities, Service Stream Maintenance and WSP Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) supports the design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the 6-year P4S Program in Sydney
What we are looking fora Planned Maintenance Fitter to join our team. Your day-to-day activities include performing planned and reactive maintenance across our region.
You Must Have
- An Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Must be physically fit

Conditions...
- Rates per hour $47.00-50.00
- Travel between north/south region will be required within role, Vehicle supplied by D4C.

**Asset types requiring maintenance may include**:

- Chemical dosing equipment experience
- Wastewater and water pumping stations and associated equipment
- Low pressure and vacuum systems
- Mixers, blower, gearboxes, skimmers, actuators and valves
- Generator maintenance servicing, connections during outages
- Wastewater treatment plants

As part of the Operations Maintenance team, your day-to-day activities include:

- Accountability to safely conduct role within D4C and Sydney Water's safety, compliance, and environmental policies
- Perform planned maintenance, ensuring compliance and safety of plant and equipment
- Responsive maintenance to equipment faults on shift
- Regular inspections, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Fault finding and rectification, including reporting and record maintenance
- Installation and testing of new equipment
- General day to day maintenance activities

Skills below will be looked on favourably
- Pump maintenance
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding
- PRV experience
- Troubleshoot/Fault finding experience
- Dogging
- Truck Licence

**Operational information**:

- Permanent - fulltime role Mon to Fri on day shift 7am start
- Favourable hourly rate, plus shift penalties, allowances and overtime
- Leave entitlements, RDO's and benefits
