We are seeking TWO skilled barista's to join our team at our Silverwater location. The position is available now and ONE position has potential to lead into a managerial position from July onwards if accepted. Hours available can be from 5AM OPEN to 3:30PM CLOSE. Hours per week can be a minimum of 20HRS to 38HRS with a fortnightly pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe and drive-thru area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Learn and complete food ordering such as milk, food deliveries and counts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.65 - $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
