**Elevate Our Agile Journey**
Are you an experienced Agile Practitioner ready to embed agile practices, principles, and tools within our in-flight projects? Join our dynamic team and work closely with the project teams to ensure the right techniques and tools are being used, the cadence is appropriate, and our agile maturity is continuously evolving.
**Please note this is a 12 month maximum term contract.**
In this key role, you will combine your Scrum Master experience & strong coaching skill as you embed yourself within our project teams to drive agility and continuous improvement. You will focus on maturing our ways of working through data-informed progress—analysing burndown charts, velocity, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure the smooth execution of agile practices.
- Coach and mentor the team on agile principles, practices, and mindsets to help them adopt and embrace agile ways of working.
- Remove impediments and blockers to enable efficient team execution.
- Ensure transparency by maintaining information radiators like task boards and burndown charts.
- Continuously improve processes and practices based on feedback and retrospectives.
**You will**:
- Have demonstrated experience embedding & uplifting Agile practices within the financial services sector.
- Have worked on large & complex programs of work.
Your core focus will be establishing the right cadence for our sprint activities and ensuring time is effectively spent during these sessions. Through your guidance and expertise, you will help elevate our team's agile maturity and comfort level, enabling us to become a centre of excellence known for our agility and ability to deliver value rapidly and iteratively.
